Brazing and Soldering
If we speak about brazing and soldering, quality is always on top
of our goals. For reaching this goal we are in the position to make a
substantial contribution. Due to our long lasting experience in the
area of brazing, and due to the multiplicity of the delivered
equipments for this application in the electrotechnical industry and
the automotive industry, we could continuously enlarge our knowledge.
By induction heating you can heat almost every electrical conducting
material e.g.: copper, aluminium, brass, red brass, bronze, hard metal
titan, platinum, etc.
Thanks to the wide spectrum of available induction equipments you can
use EFD generators for small workpieces with only some grams up to
several kilograms. For evaluating the needed power and for developing
the best brazing result we are making application tests in our test
laboratory with different power settings and different power sources.
Together with our customers we are working on the best solution for an
efficient production process. The well engineered brazing process is
then easily to implement into a fully automatic manufacturing process.
By this you can increase the quality, repeatability at simultaneously
decreasing production costs. So we are one step further to our goal we
are aiming at.
