Hardline
HardLine is one of our five product families of EFD EFD Induction.
HardLine is designed for surface- and through-hardening applications in
the automotive and machinery industry. We can offer you complete
turn-key system solutions for hardening tasks of parts from 0,2 bis
2000kg, at a wor kpiece length up to 8000mm and a diameter of 3000mm.
The wide product range of EFD generators goes from manually feeded
machines to full automatic solutions with robots, work piece
manipulation and handling system, washing and straightening device.
According to the requirements of our customers we deliver products of
our HardLine machines in horizontal and vertical version which will be
combined with one of our high- or medium frequency converters of the
SINAC family.
HardLine enables you to harden and anneal in one setting at the same
machine, is saving in space and leads to a positive quality improvement
and lowers the cost factor on your work piece.
All HardLine machines are equipped with a standard Siemens 840 D
control system. In addition EFD has set up an interactive service
network for induction hardening machines. By this and many other
quality control systems in our machines we can react on-time on
variances at the machine, ensure the quality of the parts and satisfy
the customer.
