Consulting which is not primary sales orientated, but focused on the customers target and goal which we want to reach together. We invite you to participate in our more than 50 years experience in induction heating at one of our 17 subsidiaries all over the world.
Its for sure that a good service organisation also provides you with repair, sales of spare parts, engineering and coil design and coil production. We are also offering heating tests in our well equipped work shops for different application, hardening, workpiece analysis and calculation and simulation of heat-processes which all contribute to the best heating result.
Especially for hardening machines of the HardLine-family EFD has set-up an interactive service-network for customer friendly external real-time monitoring of the parameters of the hardening machine plus tele-service.
