Sinac
The products of the SINAC-series are stationary induction heating
equipments in compact cabinet form. The advantages of the induction
heating are fastly concentrated and exactly adjusted contact-free
heating. All of these you can utilize with our SINAC.
All generators of the MINAC-family are manufactured with rugged
electronic standard components and a transistor controlled
series-compensated oscillator circuit consisting of IGBT transistors.
The generator of the SINAC series is available in different types. We
can offer stationary induction heating equipments with parallel and
series oscillating circuits. Therefore we are in the position to cover
a wide spectrum of applications with different frequency ranges.
Generators from 1kHz up to 450kHz covering the power spectrum from 5kW
up to 2000kW.
The optimal working frequency is calculated and adjusted in the control
electronics of the equipment. So the best possible efficiency is
guaranteed, and the Machine is working in the optimal range.
Through the automatic frequency matching is it possible to use a wide
spectrum of different induction coils at the same generator. So there
are a lot of different application areas for the SINAC.
Our generators are operated by a clear and easy useable LCD – panel.
Over this display all functions are controlled and programmed.
In our range there are machines available which are capable to fulfil
the high expectations of flexibility and small installation size. These
are equipped with a compact hand held coaxial transformer (HHT)
These units have the big advantage, that the Induction coil is easy to
fix and release able. You just have to open 2 easy accessible nuts at
the HHT. The flexible HHT-hose package is available in 5 and optional
in 10 meters length.
At high power generators there often big-sized output-circuits or
transformers are used.
The induction equipments are supplied with an interface connection for
control of the unit from external. The integration in an external
machine control (PLC, Line control, Siemens S7, etc.) or control of the
unit over pyrometer and temperature control can be done over analogue
signals or also via profibus or ethernet.
Most of our equipments of the SINAC series are available in a
basic-version, with one output and as a twin version with two outputs.
At the SINAC Twin you can run both outputs independent form each other
with 100% output power at the same time, or use them for different
applications with different power setting.
At SINAC machines with series oscillating circuit the type-name
indicates the continuous and peak power of the generator.
All generators of the SINAC Series are tested and CE labelled. All
equipments are delivered with an EU declaration of conformity.
